~ I had the pleasure of working with Kathy for my wedding. She is highly experienced and offered great advice on what would be best to serve based on locally available items and season. Throughout the process she was well organized and communicated regularly on the agreements, status, cost, and any changes. We had a morning wedding with brunch to follow. Kathy prepared quiche, fresh fruit and hand rolled sushi among delicious dishes. She was even able to accommodate a special, and late, request for an avocado bar. Kathy also provided the Champagne, wine and bloody Mary’s which made life so much easier on us. The wedding cake she made was beautiful and delicious. We also had Kathy cater a special dinner for eight people our last night on the island. The food was absolutely incredible and left everyone with a huge smile on our faces. Thank you for creating such a wonderful evening for us and our guests. We're still talking about how delicious everything was and how beautiful the table looked. We are looking forward to another special evening when we return in two months as well as the special surprise for our family, Kelly the fire dancer. - Reesa & Jerry N.

As always, your service is impeccable and your food amazes us with so much flavor and with the freshest fish and ingredients. ~ The Christmas celebration party you did at my Kohala Waterfront home was fabulous! The entertainment you recommended really was amazing with the solo guitarist/singer and the hula dancer. The passing of pupu’s and full buffet was perfect and thank you for the recommendation.  I am so grateful to recommend you to our guests because they all tell me how wonderful their experience was with you and your crew. - Julie M.

~ My experience started with traveling to Hawaii for a family reunion, of 15 people. I explained that we did have a vegetarian and another gluten-free family member and wanted not to spend our vacation cooking and cleaning dishes.  After speaking with Kathy she recommended that since all of us where arriving on different flights and times that she would do pre-arrival grocery stocking and have a meal ready in the refrigerator for us to enjoy that night. My wife and I decided to book her for the entire week for breakfast/lunch/dinner. This made our family experience so incredible and her tips about what to do on the island was amazing.
